No, bookings cannot be transferred to another party. The person who made the booking is responsible for all obligations and conditions.
Yes, but the use of the indoor swimming pool is at your own risk. An adult must always supervise; under-17s and non-swimmers are not allowed to use the pool unattended.
Yes, running, jumping, diving, food, drinks, and alcohol are prohibited in the pool house. CCTV is in operation for health and safety purposes.
The number of guests cannot exceed 16. If you wish to have day visitors, notify us in advance. If the property is at full capacity, only two visitors are allowed at a time.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises.

A deposit (amount agreed upon booking) is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due one week before arrival. If booked less than one week in advance, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if the property is re-let, the balance will be refunded. If the owner cancels, a full refund of any deposit or rent paid will be provided.
Report any damages or breakages immediately. Accidental minor damages are usually not charged, but significant damages must be paid for.
All complaints must be reported to the proprietor immediately. Complaints made after departure will not be entertained.
Check-in is from 3:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Winter or short break timings are flexible, but late check-out must be agreed upon in advance.
Yes, the owner or their agent may access the property for inspections, repairs, or gardening at reasonable times.
Yes, linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, bathmats, and tea towels) and heating are included in the rental charge.
Yes, you should arrange your own insurance for theft, damages, and cancellations. The owner is not liable for any loss, damage, sickness, or injury during your stay.
If you breach any conditions, the landlord reserves the right to re-enter the premises and terminate the rental without prejudice to other rights.
